It's not often that you come across someone who brings a consulting mindset to a role within a corporate HR department, but Chris is that unique someone. I had the privilege of working in partnership with Chris while at Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia on multiple occasions and on various internal consulting projects over 15 years.
